I want to help my friend pay for her medical bills.

My name is Nicole Fedalizo and I want to help my friend Esther Atanacio So pay for her medical bills. She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. She is currently suffering from pleural effusion and tachycardia as well. 

I'm from the Philippines. I'm currently living in Aklan province in the Philippines. My friend is in Fe Del Mundo Medical Center in Manila, the capital. This is the only way I can help her. I do not earn a lot of money myself. Currently, I only have enough to pay my bills.

Esther is a 68 years old housewife who has had a big impact on the lives of numerous people. She has unselfishly spent her time volunteering to help others find real peace through Bible education.

Her husband is a survivor of a hemorrhagic stroke back in May 2012.  He has since been unable to work because of limited movement. He can walk with a cane with some assistance.

They don't have a source of income and both are seniors. They also do not have living children. 

Although everyone in their extended family is giving full support, the amount gathered is still not enough to cover the seemingly insurmountable costs of hospitalization, tests, and medicine.

We are asking for your help in solving financial problems related to medical bills and succeeding costs for treatment.

In reality, the amount needed to support my friend is around  $20,000 to cover the costs of laboratory tests, medicine, supplements, possible surgery procedures, and radiation treatment in addition to future home care for both husband and wife. However, we understand that everyone is struggling in one way or another.
