I need help to survive with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Hello.

My name is Germán, I am 50 years old, 13 with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am a Graphic Designer.

I live with my 84-year-old father in an apartment that belonged to my father's common-law wife, who died 6 years ago.

My mother had left me an inheritance, part of a piece of land that she owned, but my brothers tricked me and left me on the street.

My dad can barely afford his own expenses and to live here, he charges me rent in addition to utilities. When I can't work, he forces me to buy the jugs of water and take his clothes to the laundry.

Last February 8th, I underwent surgery on my hip and they put me a titanium prosthesis on the right side, since due to Arthritis, my hip is already very hurt and walking was a terrible suffering. Fortunately, at the Salvador Zubirán Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition, they accepted me into the free program and authorized surgeries on both sides of the hip.

Nine days after the operation, only a friend visits me and I eat what is left in the pantry. My job possibilities are very few, due to my condition. And knowing that it will take months to recover the strength and mobility of the right leg, and that surgery on the left side will follow with the necessary months of recovery, I am honestly afraid to know how I am going to survive almost without work or food. Even my left shoulder is almost immobilized by Arthritis and my right one hurts a lot and crackles when I raise my arm. I have an appointment in April at the National Rehabilitation Institute, where I hope to also enter the free program to see if they can operate on my shoulders and to be able to move without help, so I can go back to work.

I have family in the city of Guasave, Sinaloa, and I would like to go live with them or near them.

If I had the resources, I would buy a small house, close to where my cousin lives, and I would open a stationery store or grocery store, to have an income and thus stop living in fear that my father would kick me out, as he has said on several occasions.

7 years ago I bought a car and started working at Uber, from there I was paying the monthly payments. But as my illness worsened, it was hard for me to drive for so many hours, until I could no longer pay. They call me daily to charge me and I don't know what to do anymore. In May of this year, I fell into a flood and the car broke down, I took it to a mechanic and I have not been able to recover it because he charges me $30,000 to repair it. I don't know what to do anymore.
