Multiple mental disorders,chronic pain and more. Please help

My name is Genaro, I am 27 years old, I'm from Mexico and I am a translator; I speak more than 4 languages, but I'm extremely ill, I have been struggling with my health for more than 13 years and I need help.

I suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-compulsive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, around 70 food allergies, some environmental allergies and heat urticaria.

I have symptoms like depersonalization, derealization, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions and compulsions related with cleaning, order, symmetry, etc., depression, hypo-mania, trouble with concentration, impulse control, planning, among other executive functions, underweight, problems with body image, among other symptoms.

I also experience severe and impairing pain and rash on my skin whenever my body heats up; that is with high temperatures, exercise, strong emotions, movement in general, cloathes, hot water or food, spicy food, etc.

All of these symptoms are extremely incapacitating and prevent me from living a normal life. Woking is very hard and complicated for me. I can't even fulfill my basic needs, so I need constant assistance, help and support from my family for every possible aspect of my life. My father abandoned us when I was a baby, so my mother has always supported me financially, emotionally, etc.

My medical expenses are extensive; they include medication (extremely pricy Xolair, antihistamines, diet supplements, probiotics, sprays, creams, drops, psychiatric medication,etc.), constant medical appointments with specialists (psychiatrist, psychologist, allergologist, dermatologist, etc.) medical exams, trips to Mexico City, a special diet (my diet is extremely restricticted, I can't eat things like wheat, eggs, many fruits and vegetables, etc.).

I like playing video games, spend time with my family, travel, going to the park; I love languages, animals, music, and other things.
