Meet Jay. His full name is Romeo Jay Alvarez, from Lipa province of Batangas in the Philippines. He is a sweet and energetic two-year-old boy who was born with a facial deformity. This condition has caused him to have difficulty speaking and eating. Jay's parents have done everything they can to provide him with the medical attention he needs, but unfortunately, they cannot afford the costly surgeries required to correct his condition. Jay's father is a construction worker and her mother is unemployed. They cannot even go to the doctor regularly because of insufficient funds. I am asking your good heart to help Jay so that they can receive the necessary surgeries and treatments to improve his quality of life. Thank you and God bless.
