Donations for the health of my kitten

My name is Katherine.   I live in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador.    I am requesting donations for the health of my kitten named Margarita.   She lives in the office where I work, she is from the street arrived in 2018, She is so sweet we love her. This Monday April 3, 2023 we found her sick she does not want to eat or drink water, and like she is choking. But we thought nothing was wrong but she is still the same.      In view that she did not improve I brought her to my house and took her to the vet they put her on a serum with vitamins and antibiotic,  I spent $30, the doctor told me that she has an infection because she had a fever of 40. 6; and we have to do some tests to know if the infection is viral or bacterial, to be able to give her the correct treatment, and that she is not going to die because we have to continue giving her serums because she does not want to eat or drink water, please I need your help to do the tests and buy the medication to start the treatment as soon as possible and save the life of my kitty Margarita; I do not have the resources, that is why I have been forced to ask for donations    I thank you all very much for your help and to save the life of this kitten
