Help Me to Save My Vision

Good Day, Everyone:

I trust you are all well. I am Jacque, 40 years old, married, and a mother of 4 adorable kids. I live in the Philippines and am a freelance search engine specialist. I am a positive kind of person who also loves helping, but this time I need yours. This is my youngest, who is with me in the picture below.

I was diagnosed with scleroderma, an autoimmune disease when I was 18 years old. Scleroderma is a long-lasting disease that affects the skin, connective tissue, and internal organs. 

The disease already ruined my lungs, which caused me to have an interstitial lung disease, and now into my eyes. There is a tumor that is growing in my right eye. 

The impression result of my CT Scan says. It has an enlarged right superior rectus muscle by a heterogeneously enhancing mass (3.9 x 1.5 x 1.4cm AP x W x CC) with involvement of tendinous insertion concerning tumoral infiltration rather than due to orbital pseudotumor or thyroid-associated orbitopathy.

Kindly Help Me to Save My Vision

I am raising funds for my eye surgery as soon as possible because if left untreated, I will go blind and need to prevent it from affecting to my brain. Please help me save my vision because I still want to see my family, especially my kids. 

The surgery is quite expensive here in the Philippines, and I am unable to afford it on my own. My autoimmune already cost me a lot of money because this must be monitored every month, and I need to perform a lot of laboratory requests from my internal medicine doctor.  I humbly ask for the help of kindhearted people; I am hoping that by reaching out to the online community, I can raise the funds needed to pay for the surgery.
