I want to help my father not to lose his sight.

I am Camila, I live in Quito Ecuador, in a rural area called Pintag. I have created this project because I wish and I pray to God that my father can have some tests in his right eye and after that he can have a crosslinking which is a process where they apply vitamin B12 in his cornea because this helps his cornea does not thin and does not continue to lose vision because he has a disease called keratoconus and a few years ago he underwent a corneal transplant of his left eye because the disease was already very advanced but unfortunately his body rejected the tissue and he lost his left eye 😞. My father is a strong and very intelligent man because when I was 5 years old he resumed his university studies and managed to finish them successfully despite the scarce resources because we are rural people of low economic resources, he has been our pillar at home but the labor situation in my country is complicated and my father has not been able to find a stable job that allows us to get out of the difficult economic situation we are going through. I have an older sister and a younger brother who is still small, my father works doing garden maintenance and other small jobs to get food but his visual health is affected by the effort he makes since having only one functional eye he has headaches and each time the pain is stronger.

This is why I turn to kind-hearted people and we are looking for financial resources so he can have his exams and surgery so that his little eye allows him to continue working and fighting for his family.
