Help save a pregnant dog that was run over

Hello, my name is Galo Ayala and I am from Quito, Ecuador. I want to tell you the story of a stray dog that needs your help to recover from a serious accident.

On June 12 of this year, a nameless and homeless dog was run over in front of my workplace. The person who ran her over left her lying on the street, not caring about her life. Along with my co-worker, we rescued her and took her to the nearest veterinary clinic.

There they gave us the sad news that the dog had the bone of the radius and ulna of her right paw completely fractured and that she needed urgent surgery to be able to walk again. In addition, they told us that she was pregnant.

We do not have enough resources to pay for all the medical expenses that her recovery requires, and we are trying to get a loan to cover the surgery in stages.

That’s why we ask you to help us with what you can so that this dog can have a second chance to live and take care of her puppies.

We have tried to contact local foundations but have not received a response, so we turn to this platform to request the collaboration of all people of good heart who want to help a helpless animal.
