Help me for my second chance at life and my surgery

Hello! I am Sol, a nurse from Mexico. I am 33 years old and I survived a car accident in March 2022.

Unfortunately, I lost my partner, who was also a nurse. We were on a trip to recharge our energy after working during the pandemic.

He did not make it, and I am a miracle that I did. However, I had multiple injuries that I have been recovering from slowly. The problem is that I have two lumbar hernias in my spine (L4-L5, L5-S1) that prevent me from working. I have used up all the savings I had and it is very important for me to get back to work. My life took an unexpected turn, and my emotional stability has improved with the help of a psychologist. But my health condition makes it impossible for me to work, as I have weakness in my right leg, numbness, tingling, and pain. I cannot stand for long periods of time, and I cannot work in this state.
