Samantha is a 1 year and 6 month old girl with OBP (Obstretric Brachial Palsy) in her right upper extremity. Her pediatrician's diagnosis is total ERB Paralysis (the brachial plexus is a group of nerves that begin in the spinal cord and form the nerves that allow the shoulder, arm, hand, and fingers to move and have sensitivity. ). At the time of her delivery, she was forced to be born and as a result of that violence that she suffered from her, the damage was caused to her.

Samantha is a neighbor of Costa Rica, Puntarenas, Chomes, Judas.

A remote area with difficult access to move her to her therapies every week.

Samantha needs a surgery that had to be done before the year she was born and that is not done in our country with this project. We are looking for financing to be able to operate on her in Calí, Colombia at the end of September but we need to cover the expenses of her surgery. air transfers, ground transfer, food, lodging and hospital expenses since after the surgery they have to hospitalize her. With this surgery the damage caused due to that tear could be reversed; Her arm remains almost inert, without movement without being able to open or close her little hand. This is why we request her collaboration to improve Samantha's quality of life.

The surgery would be at the end of September 2023, we need the funds to pay for the air tickets as soon as possible.

The funds raised will be exclusive for the expenses required for this surgery mentioned above, the total needed is $4,000 to cover all expenses.
