A selfless birthday wish for my baby and sisters

Hi,

I hope everyone is doing great.

My name is Glenndy Lovitos, 26 years of age, was born and raised on the beautiful island of Cebu, Philippines by a farmer couple. I have 4 siblings and I am the second in order.

In the middle is my 3rd sister named Pamela, she's studying hospitality management now and wants to work in a hotel, right side of here is my 4th sister Reziel she's studying Industrial technology and finally the other one is our youngest Cerijean, a senior high school student and majoring Caregiving, they all have big dreams. But we are lacking in support because we don't have parents anymore. My mother died 11 years ago and my father has recently got married again.

Ever since I have never experienced a comfortable, free-from-stress life. Especially when my mother died. And so, I told myself that I’d like to pursue my studies whatever it may take. Luckily I made it and started helping my sisters in their studies.

and by the way my older sister has her own family already.

But something unexpected happened in my life two years ago.

I got pregnant and I think that was the most precious moment of my life to see and hold my baby.

My life has continued until I fully understand the real struggle of life.

Life has been more difficult. I still do support my 2 sisters in college and 1 senior high school student. Of course, my baby’s needs.

But since I have my family already,

I basically can’t Do all these alone now 😭

My heart is always heavy cause I want to do more, I want to keep on supporting them cause I want them to be successful in life but I don’t know how 😢😢😢

I starting to be in debt, every night I can’t sleep easily cause I have to think about How should I make my life better.

I have thought of this idea hoping that God would use other people as his instruments for me to have my own sari-sari store, to help sustain our daily needs, including the studies of my sisters especially the future of my baby.

A sari-sari store is a small neighborhood retail shop that caters to members of that community. The store usually carries basic goods such as canned food, instant noodles, coffee, soda, and other things that Filipinos get on a daily basis. They also sell candy, chips, and beer, but can have literally anything commodity the community needs.

I want to have this small business to get extra income to support my family but I literally have no capital to start up this business. If I had this sari-sari store I would be able to sustain the study cost of my sisters and the needs of my baby.

I know each of us has our own silent battles that we are fighting every day, but a single penny of yours would be much appreciated and can change our lives dramatically.

My 27th birthday is coming this October 27, and this is my only wish not for myself but for my family generally. Because this is our family culture we still need to support each other until the other members will have their own work.
