Cacao and Corazón, a conference to share in Mexico 2023.

Hello!

My name is Mauralida Márquez, doctor, nutrition advisor, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapist, and host of the Chocokast program, the Chocolate Lovers Podcast! A podcast with free access to all audiences to disseminate science, art, history, health, and music around the world of cocoa and chocolate. https://chocokast.com/

I was invited to be part of the group of speakers at the 2023 Cacao Festival to be held at the Grano de Oro Farm, Miahuatlán, Tabasco, Mexico, to be held from November 19 to 25, led by its Mayan guardian and custodian of Cacao, the grandfather Efrén. Although the conference can be held online, there are aspects that can only be transmitted in person, and it would also be beautiful to be able to participate in the festivities, share with the attendees, and nourish myself with the magical energy of the Maya cocoa plantation at Finca Grano de Oro.

The creation of a special episode for the podcast about the experiences and knowledge of the Cacao festivals would also be facilitated.

I only need funds to cover all the expenses related to my trip to Mexico from Venezuela (visa, air ticket, internal and airport transfers, taxes) since as a speaker I can receive the loving support of lodging and food in the community.

The 2023 Cocoa Festival at Finca Grano de Oro is a non-profit event, and my attendance as a speaker is voluntary and without any type of financial remuneration.

There are only a few days left, and it would be a great joy to be able to raise the funds to make this trip!
