On October 28, my 23-year-old brother suffered a work accident. He tried to turn on a power plant and it exploded, causing type A and B burns on his face, neck and both arms. The medical care conditions in Venezuela are precarious conditions for my brother, he needs treatment in surgical rooms, medications, treatment with a pulmonologist, a traumatologist and a psychologist. Additionally, we know that the time will come when my brother needs skin graft surgeries.
