Community aid in State of Mexico メキシコ州の貧しいコミュニティの支援

Good morning.

My name is Sayoko Minami (南小夜子) I live in Lerma State of Mexico, Mexico. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer 5 months ago. So far I have had 3 hospitalizations, 2 surgeries and 8 chemotherapies and I continue with my treatments. During this time I had a lot of support from Mexicans and now I would like to give something back to the community. For this reason I joined with 5 colleagues and we created a volunteer group called “Aguila Valiente”

We ask for your support to bring food, clothing, blankets, and grocery items to the community that in need, in collaboration with the local governments of the State of Mexico. In the area where these communities are located, there are still many houses that are too simple and this winter time it is quite cold. I would like to bring basic necessities and food so that I can prepare a decent dinner for this holiday season.

こんにちは。私の名前は南小夜子です。現在メキシコ、メキシコ州のレルマという街に住んでいます。五ヶ月前、私は末期がんの宣告を受けました。それから3回の入院、2回の手術、8回の抗がん剤治療を受け、今も治療中です。がん宣告から治療の過程で、たくさんのメキシコ人に支援してもらいました。そのため、少しでも恩返しがしたいと思い、5名の仲間と共にアギラバリエンテという名のボランティア団体を立ち上げました。

地方政府団体と協力の上、メキシコ州の貧しいコミュニティに、食品、衣料、布団などの物品を届けたいので、皆さんの支援をお願いします。今回対象としているコミュニティがある地域は、非常に簡易な家が多く冬の時期はとても寒いです。クリスマスシーズンに向けて、物資の提供と十分な食事を届けたいと思います。
