My name's Joel and my popo (grandmother) has dementia. This year for my 23rd birthday, I want to support dementia caregivers! Here are three reasons why I'm doing this project:
1. To raise awareness surrounding dementia!
2. To support other dementia caregivers through the Alzheimer's Disease Foundation Malaysia. ADFM supports caregivers by providing caregiver-specific education and hosts support groups for caregivers.
3. To show my students that they don't need to be a superhero or have a super project to make a difference!
