Support Needed for Pao's Aortic Dissection Surgery

I am Micah Pernada, and I am here to ask for your help. My brother, Paolo, needs to undergo Aortic Dissection Repair Surgery, and we need to raise funds as soon as possible.

Paolo has been a dependable pillar for our family since he was young. He has always been there for me and my siblings, helping with anything we needed, from school activities and homework to getting through college. He is not only an impressive big brother but also an admirable husband and father. He works tirelessly to provide for his family and still finds time to help his children with their schoolwork at the dinner table every night. He is best friends with his wife, and their marriage is one of the most solid relationships I have ever seen.

Paolo has been diagnosed with Aortic Dissection, a severe and life-threatening condition that urgently requires surgery. He is currently in the ICU, being monitored 24/7, and given medication to keep him stable. However, the cost of his medication alone is already very high. Three days in the ICU with beta-blockers and other drugs to keep him stable racked up a 1.4 million (USD 25k+) running bill. The surgery is also estimated to cost over a million pesos.

We are exhausting our options, including government assistance programs, funding from non-government foundations, and financial support from friends and extended family. But we still need your help.
