Remove prosthesis and save the leg

I am Tere Vázquez, we live in Durango and I write here on behalf of my father, in 2 months he will turn 61 years old, and we are going through a complicated situation. A little over a year ago he had surgery in the public sector to give him a knee prosthesis, an operation that we had been waiting for years because the pain and wear and tear he had was already too much. We do not know the cause, but the prosthesis became infected a month after the operation and since then my father has undergone around 9 surgical procedures, of which the last was in a private hospital. With a lot of effort, we managed to pay the 14 thousand for this last wash, hoping that it would work, and the infection would subside... But it didn't.

We just saw another doctor who is a prosthesis specialist and he told us that we have to remove the one he already has and put in a spacer to save his still healthy bone and muscle and a couple of months later put in another prosthesis that is compatible with him, and it has to be a maximum of one or two months for it to be viable.

They don't want to do this entire process in the public sector and our only option to save my dad's leg is privately, but we hardly raised 14 thousand for the last wash that was done; For this entire process we need around 180 thousand pesos, and we can do a lot with that amount.

If they decide to support us, everything would be used to pay for medical fees, hospital stays, and everything that has to do with upcoming interventions. I ask you with all my heart to help us so that my dad can save his leg now that we have time before everything around the prosthesis becomes infected.
