Please help me fund my knee surgery.

Hi my name is Michelle and this is my story. It is quite long so please bare with me.

In 2018 I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital due to some mental health issues. One day after a group class I fell down the stairs. At first the Dr's did not want to operate due to my age. In 2020 I fell again, but due to me not having any issues with the broken out bone we decided again to not operate. Fast forward to 2022, I fell in my boyfriend's apartment. I tried to ignore the pain due to the fact that I still had no medical aid. As the pain got worse my family helped me with money for Dr's appointments, x-rays and more because I did not have a job. The bone had moved a couple of centimeters and we also discovered that my bone cartelidge is thinning out. Over the past year I have been on and off of crutches and in and out of a knee brace. My surgeon told me it's time for the surgery. In my quest to get my surgery done by the government hospital, none of them would help me. My last option is getting my surgery done through a private hospital. It will cost me about R140 000. On top of that I need to raise money for Dr's appointments, follow ups, physical therapy and more.
