Karl’s fundraising for Kidney Transplant

I am Karl Ivan M. Carlos, thirty-two years old need your support for a life-changing kidney transplant. I have been fighting a stage 5 chronic kidney disease since last year and undergoing dialysis thrice a week changes everything in my life’s journey. In my current condition, I believe in my heart and mind that I am driven to recover and reignite the good life I had fueled. The doctors have informed us that a kidney transplant is my best chance to have a healthier life.

The cost of a kidney transplant would be a burden as I have other medical bills to deal with.
