Today we address you with a message of love and solidarity to support Verónica Carrión, who is fighting a brave battle against terminal cervical cancer. Verito is a loved and respected person in our community, known for his kindness and hard-working spirit.

Unfortunately , the medical treatment necessary to combat this disease is expensive and exhausting. For this reason, we are launching a fundraising campaign to help Verito and his family cope with medical expenses and provide support during this difficult time.

Verito faces inoperable cervical cancer due to the size and location of her tumors (9 cm and 5 cm). Despite expressing discomfort a year and a half ago, the cancer was not detected in time. She has undergone appendix, gallbladder and kidney surgeries, and after her diagnosis in January of this year, she needs medical supplies for her healing. After losing her hair due to three sessions of chemotherapy, she is waiting for her appointment at SOLCA to receive 25 days of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy at the same time.

His mobility is limited and he needs a wheelchair due to intense pain that, even with morphine, cannot be controlled. As a mother of 5 children, including two minors aged 10 and 12, she seeks to prolong her life to be able to manage the catastrophic illness bonus and ensure the well-being of her daughters. Their economic situation makes it difficult to access mobility and medical care.
