“Be the cause of big and small changes.” Be right now. It is more important than ever. On March 11, 2020, WHO announced a pandemic that affects all aspects of our lives. Everything is changing. The epidemic is our common problem, and therefore we must solve it together. By acting together, we can win this fight. Our goal: To help the Brest city emergency hospital, where the situation with COVID-19 is becoming more and more difficult every day. Many large companies assist Minsk hospitals; we decided to help where the situation is more complicated.

What helps fight the virus?

We talked with the doctors who told us about the situation in the hospitals. The critical issue at the moment is the number of protective equipment for employees, as well as the number and availability of mechanical ventilation devices (IVL). We found out that mechanical ventilation has a “younger brother” - an oxygen concentrator, a similar apparatus that helps people breathe. Oxygen concentrator - takes in the surrounding air, filters it, weeds out the nitrogen molecules and the resulting mixture, in which about 90% of the oxygen, in a moistened and warmed form is pumped into a breathing masks. These devices will be able to work in a hospital and be used for the benefit of patients not only now, during a difficult epidemiological situation, but also after when it is all over.

Goal of this project

Purchase an oxygen concentrator. As well as personal protective equipment for medical workers. The entire amount of the fee will be transferred to the Brest City Hospital of Emergency Medicine. In the contract with the hospital, we indicate the purpose of the transfer of sponsorship, so we can know exactly what this money will be spent on.
