COVID-19 - Food for those who are in need in Brazil

Hi everyone! I hope you are all well and safe! This crowdfunding campaign was created to raise some money for families who are in a strong need for food and live in my home town (Mogi das Cruzes - SP) in Brazil.

The crowdfunding was specially created to ask help for all the beautiful foreign people I met during my trips somehow. I am asking for all the Rainbows, Doofers, Dumpster divers, Activists, Artists, Musicians, English Students, Runners, Campers, Dancers, etc, to come together and help us in this critical moment where the situation in Brazil is really really bad.

Our government more than ever is showing how unprepared they are to manage such a huge country with so much diversity and social injustices in a moment like that. People are basically knocking our door asking for food every day as they do not have any sort of income during the quarantine.

That is part of an initiative started by my father who decided to manage food donations and distribute them into our community since all the Pandemic started, so I decided to team up with him and try raising some money too.

As your currency is much stronger than the Brazilian Real, a 10 dollars donation can buy a package of basic food to support a family for a few weeks over here. So, it means a huge help for those who are already experiencing hungriness.
