Manual amputation of limbs with a wood saw

Hello, my name is Carlos Andres Escobar, I am a Venezuelan migrant who has lived in the country of Peru since September 7, 2018, and since I am a candidate for lowering rights, I do not have the right to participate in the health system, since in order to to be eligible to participate in the SIS program, I must be able to have an immigration card.

I worked in the province with a wood saw. On April 28, an accident happened to my hand. When I arrived at the hospital, I had to wait 3 days to get the money and start treatment, and to be able to pay for the operation and other medications.

At the moment, I do not have the means, I had amputation of the 4th and 5th limbs of the left arm and the risk of the 3rd. But I was faced with another problem, there is an infection between the stump of the 4th and 5th limb and the risk of developing bacteria, and if I do not get better, I will have to undergo another surgery and they will have to amputate the entire arm to prevent its spread and the loss of my hand.

Now I have to undergo daily treatment and take a defibrillator and soothing antibiotic, and also pay for all my medicines with gauze surgical gloves and dressings, as well as pay for the treatment.

On the other hand, I don’t have a pain tolerance known as nucleotide polymorphism: it forces me to use pain medications such as indigenous keterolac, succulent tram, naproxen and intramuscular doloneurobion, antibiotics such as metronidazole and others, as well as dexamethasone to reduce inflammation . The course of treatment should be paid due to the lack of any insurance, due to the fact that I am a migrant and do not have the opportunity to have a foreigner card.

I ask for help to accept this new challenge and not lose my hand.
