This page will explain the details of withdrawing your collected supports

Verify your identity
It’s absolutely necessary that your identity is verified in order to transfer to you the collected funds. In order to do that, you have to complete the information requested in the menu “Personal identification”
Request for a withdrawal
When your project ends you can receive the funds you have collected. However, you can also request a withdrawal of the funds you collected so far even if your project is still ongoing, only if the available amount to request is $100 or more. In case your project is finished, you don’t need to request a withdrawal.
Provide your bank details
For most of the countries, your collected funds will be sent through Transferwise. You don’t need to provide your bank details inside Airfunding platform, just to follow Transferwise’s indications when you are contacted by them, once your transfer has been ordered. In the case Transferwise is not available in your country, you will be contacted by us to ask your bank details needed for the transfer.

Withdrawal fees
The total amount received will be the amount collected, except a 8% fee of the value of the received funds as a settlement fee of the support amount.
Currency of delivery
In most of the cases, payments will be received in the currency of the country where the project owner resides. However, in certain countries the payment will be received in US dollars.

Normally, the transfers take around 3~5 working days to be completed. However, there are a few problems that can happen and make transfers take way more time than normal:

Request for a withdrawal if your project hasn’t finished yet
You can request a withdrawal from My Project page. In case your project is already finished you don’t need to complete this step.
Reply our emails about the transfer
Whether Transferwise is available in your country or not, you will be contacted by email address. Please follow the instructions you will find there.
In case of a refund
If you did not reply the mail from Transferwise, or there is a problem with your bank, the collected support will be returned to Airfunding. If this happens, depending on whether the problem is solved or not, we will try and contact you again so that the collected support can be sent again.
Cancelations
If the beneficiary does not provide the necessary bank account information within one month after the end of the project, or if the Company cannot confirm the bank account information, the project owner will lose the right to receive the Support amount.
