HELP TO PROVIDE ONLINE LEARNING EQUIPMENT FOR STUDENTS

Hi! Good day,

I am Jianne Mopera, currently taking up BS Petroleum Engineering from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines.

With this chance, I create an opportunity to help the students around me, this donation drive aims to provide online learning equipment for less fortunate students.

Global pandemic affected school learning style

The Covid-19 global pandemic has negatively affected the education system in my country. The face-to-face class is not allowed until a vaccine is available, so they came up with a solution, which is called Online Class or Flexible Learning to continue the education and progress of students for this school year.

Unfortunately, it does not apply to everyone. A lot of students may drop out of school and may not be able to keep up with the "new normal" situation due to a lack of financial means to enroll and acquiring necessary equipment such as laptops or tablets, and portable wifi.

There is a tagline " No students should be left behind" that's why in this little way, I want to help to lessen the burden of my fellow students. I believe that one's shortcomings can be filled by those people who are willing to give.

For this reason, the collected funds will be used to purchase tablets, which will be given to 20 rightful students.

An idea to do fundraising to purchase tablets/laptops for less fortunate students

The amount of Php 74,000 will cover up to 21 pieces of tablets with the price range of Php 3000-3500. And if ever my calculation meets my goal, 21 students could benefit from the donations.
