The pandemic has affected our daily activity

The pandemic has affected all of us in many aspects of our lives and of all of society: the economy, schooling, ties, affections!

Here in Rosario, we are experiencing it day by day, and the most vulnerable sectors feel it more. Children are our priority!

That is why we want to offer you a moment of special joy on the occasion of Children's Day. From FONBEC, once we wish to be close to our people once again.

Help us to celebrate the Children days

Our purpose is to ensure that many children from vulnerable neighborhoods celebrate Children's Day, Sunday, August 16, as is traditional in our country.

Children are our priority and the engine of FONBEC's work. Due to the pandemic, the celebrations will not be able to take place since numerous meetings are not allowed. We do not want to add more reasons for sadness in children, for this reason, we will replace the traditional celebrations (games, raffles, shows, gift delivery, and chocolate) with greater care in delivering gifts to 500 children in 3 very precarious neighborhoods in the city of Rosario, and we will accompany these gifts with a bag with the foods that make up a healthy snack.

We want to prepare 500 bags of snacks. We put the emphasis on healthy snacks because we have discussed with a nutritionist what foods will make up this snack: food without preservatives, without additives, natural and homemade. The same mothers who are part of our Foundation will take care of some preparations.

We want the children's day to be a day of great joy for the benefited children.

Details of necessary fund

We want to get 500 toys in total, for children from birth to 14 years old and $ 65,000 to prepare 500 healthy snacks, which will be distributed in three neighborhoods of Rosario

We raise these funds because we do not have a budget for extra events. The activities we carry out throughout the year are developed based on fund management and are applied to those specific purposes (school supplies campaign, Christmas celebrations, etc).

With your help, it will be very meaningful for the children during this pandemic.
