Medical Assistance for my Mother who had a Stroke

Dear Friends and Friends of Friends,

I am Precy Forest and I live in Perry, Oklahoma.

My mother currently admitted to the Intensive care unit and I am here seeking help for her medical treatment cost.

My mother had a stroke

My mother, who is 85 years old, fell in the bathroom and had a stroke.

We rushed her to Perry Hospital, however, they said that my mother is in critical condition.

She is being airlifted to Oklahoma University Medical Center. She is now in the Intensive Care Unit, underwent surgery, and under close monitoring.

Medical bills and bed for stroke patient

Besides helping to pay my mom's medical bills that admitted in ICU, I would like to buy her a comfortable bed suited for stroke patients as the doctors told us that my mother will not be back in its normal shape.

There will be some parts of her body that will not function so well. At her age, a comfortable bed for stroke patients is what I am working on to achieve at the end of the project life. I want her to be more comfortable with her remaining times with us.

The comfort bed for stroke may cost around $5,000. All the proceeds of the fund will be for that purpose and should be there will be extra. I will also purchase a wheelchair for my mother.

Help us to get through these challenges

I am working at Morrison Public School under the Nutrition Service Department. have 2 jobless sons living with me and my 85-year-old mother. My mother is an immigrant from the Philippines and we are financially constraint.

I am raising funds for the project because I want to take her home and the comfortable bed for stroke patients can help her a lot.
