One of the best solution to end the misery of stray dogs and cats is having them spayed and neutered. My group Community Animal Rescue Efforts Inc. is offering lowcost spay and neuter surgery for cats and dogs every Saturday at CARE clinic with our trusted veterinarians.
As I celebrate my 27th birthday this month I decided to give back to those who have given me so much joy and happiness these past years - Dogs & Cats. I will be sponsoring FREE SPAY & NEUTER program for a few rescuers, adopters & fosterers who can't afford to pay the procedure.
