My name is Luz and I have a 10-year-old son Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our work and guest house, like many people's, has been permanently closed. Since March we have been in this situation and the reality in Guatemala, as in other countries, does not look very positive. Living without a stable job has not been easy for us, I started with a small cheese and cream delivery business but the demand has not been enough to pay bills. Unfortunately, we have tested positive for coronavirus and we must buy many medicines, which the government cannot provide and we have had to carry out tests in a private laboratory.

Yesterday the doctor ordered my son a chest X-ray and we must perform it in a private hospital since the government has not accepted us, and it is very important to do it as soon as possible, they have prescribed even more medicines, due to this illness I cannot go to work and be able to afford the medicines and exams they request. As a mom, I have to pay for many things, rent, food, medicine, medical expenses, gas, among others. So I ask for your help in providing my son with the medical attention he needs, I appreciate a lot of support.
