My cousin needs a surgery to remove his gallstones!

Nice to meet you! My name is Maricarmen and I live in Lima, Peru!

I'm running this project because I would like to raise funds to pay a surgery my cousin needs.

My cousin is suffering because from gallstones

My cousin is very important to me. More than a cousin, he is like a brother.

Since one year ago he is suffering from different symptoms caused by gallstones, like back pain, nausea, difficulty urinating, etc. In order to treat it, he needs to undergo surgery to remove gallstones.

It's a very simple surgery and he could be able to heal in only a few weeks!

Our family can't afford the treatment

My cousin was working as a lawyer before but he gad to quit due to his health problems.

As he's not working now he can't enjoy a proper health insurance that could allow him to afford the surgery he needs. The total price of the surgery is $1,477 and he would need to pay the total amount.

Her parents are going through difficult circumstances, and they barely have savings.

He is my most important friend

We're together since many years ago and we became adults together.

If I had a problem he always did his best to help me, and so did I.

Now, he is the one who needs help, and I can't fail him!

Currently, the total savings of the family is $492. We really need help to get the rest!

Details on needed funds

As I explained, we already have $492, so I would like to raise $985 for my cousin's surgery!

Schedule

In case we can collect enough funds I will pay my cousin's treatment as soon as possible.

I hope he can undergo surgery around December. He is suffering a lot, so it would be really nice to receive help soon.

We don't know what to do in case we aren't supported, maybe ask for a loan. I'd appreciate all your help from the bottom of my heart!
