I want to study English in Australia and help my family.

Hello, my name is Daniel Gómez and I am 25 years old

I live with my mother and I am his financial support in a small town in Colombia near Bogotá.

I started this project to raise part of the funds needed to study in Australia. My goal is to improve my abilities to achieve one of my greatest goals, to help my mother so that he does not have to go back to work. My idea is to pay for an English course for 36 - 40 weeks, with a work permit (all legal), and develop myself in a new culture.

A dream to study and working in Australia

I am doing this campaign because I want to fulfill the dream I have had since I was a child, to travel to Australia, and to learn English.

This project was born 8 years ago when I decided that I needed to improve the quality of life of my mother and mine.

Colombia is a country in which it is very difficult to generate decent living conditions since it is one of the most unequal countries in the world.

Expensive fees for study aboard

I have worked most of my life in many things, making pizza, delivering food orders, cooking, working in a movie theater. But my salary has only given me for my basic expenses.

My financial background is that no entity has lent me money because I do not earn enough with my jobs and they do not trust people who do not have a property to guarantee the debt, that is the reason why I have not been able to apply for loans.

I want to pay the cost of the English course in Brisbane, Australia, which is approximately AUD 6,000 dollars.

Help me to pursue my dream, to support my family

The situation in Colombia has not allowed me to save the money I need to achieve it and that is why I come to ask for help from people who want to be part of this dream. Studying English and working in Australia (with a work permit) will also make it possible for me to help my mother financially.
