Dan Cecil Bilog 
Identity VerifiedA loving father of two whose live was ended by some senseless killing in the afternoon of August 26th. He was survived by two young kids. While taking a short nap, Dan Cecil was attacked by a madman 12 times. He was rushed to the hospital to get first aid but unluckily, he was declared Dead on Arrival.
