We want to keep what we have

In a very hospitable country of Georgia, there is the city of Batumi, we live in this city and we have a vegetarian cafe.

Why do we need this vegetarian cafe?

First, there are vegetarians and there are vegans. The former eat everything except meat, the latter eat everything except meat (any), milk and anything containing eggs.

There are people who have already given up meat during the transition, but still consume everything else. We have something to offer for such people.

But there are also ordinary "curious" who are wondering: "What are these strange people eating?"

We even have wine for them?

No, it's not for the sake of "making money", it's for the promotion of our "culture" to the masses.

We do not impose anything on anyone, we just tell that veganism is not only a herb, as many people have ingrained in their heads, but something more.

We are good at combining Georgian and European cuisine

That borscht without meat is delicious, that cheese comes from cashew nuts, and brownie - without eggs and flour.

By the way, the dough for khachapuri is also without eggs and milk, but this does not prevent it from being fluffy and very tasty. ⠀ p>
