A Pilgrimage to the Holy city of Mecca: My dream as a muslim

Hello! My name is Mina and I'm from Indonesia. I'm a muslim woman.

I want to run this project to as for help that could allow me to go to Saudi Arabia for the "Hajj", and pray in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.

What is "Hajj"?

Muslims are obliged to pilgrim to the holy city of Mecca at least once in their lives.

It's not like you go to Mecca at anytime. The proper moment to go is during the month of Dhu'l-Hijja, that is celebrated every year.

If you kindly give me your support I will be able to do the "Hajj" pilgrimage in August of 2019.

A dream I wasn't able to fulfill: Hajj

I'm currently working, but with a current salary of $1 per hour I can't really afford this dream. I always thought that it was an impossible dream to me.

It's allowed not to do Hajj if you don't have enough physical or financial strength, but it is a really important thing for muslims.

As a muslim, I always dreamed of doing this holy pilgrimage, and now I can be one step closer to make it thanks to Airtripp Funding and your help!

Details on needed funds

There are many package tours dedicated to Hajj. In that packages, flight ticket, transportation expenses and accommodation expenses, etc. are included. I would like everyone to help me to reach $ 3,500, that is the cheapest price for that kind of package. I will afford other expenses such as food with $ 500 I saved during almost 7 years to save with my hard work.

Schedule

I want to conduct a pilgrimage to Mecca during 2019 Dhu'l-Hijja month (that is August). I plan to also visit a village called Mina, that is exactly the name I was given!

I also want to go to Madinah to be able to visit the place where the Prophet of Allah, Muhammad, is buried.
