Mothers are working, brothers and sisters are at school. Little children no other chance to spend the day in the dust or mud (it depends on weather) just waiting for their mothers and have the only meal of the day when money is enough. Free kindergarten can offer: toys, education, meal, nice environment, someone who is taking care of them.
