Pls help my Father who has a Chronic kidney disease stage 5

Hello! I am Jennie Lynn M.Solomon I want to help my father, Fernando Noel E. Medrano who has a Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5, we're living at a house that my father's parents built, our problem is we're not financially stable because of my father's twice a week dialysis and the medicine that he need to take, I also have two children that currently studying and I need to support them that's why our budget are not enough.

I need (amount) to support my father's sickness. I'll first use it to my father's dialysis, the medicines, the injections that he need because of his sickness.
