Hello. My name is Hazel Jane. I'm 24 years old and lives in Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines . I need to undergo a surgery for my jaw and to correct my bite since it is uncomfortable to eat. The surgery alone is quite expensive but 1400 USD is needed pre-surgery. I have work but my pay is barely enough at the moment. ? I wouldn't ask for help if I wasn't desperate for it cause gosh this is so embarrassing. ? Any amount will be appreciated and more than enough to show you care.
