I need some assistance for my store and medicine

I am Lily from Philippines. I'm single mom and blessed with 3 daughters. I was diagnosed last march 2019 because of uterine myoma. But before I find out that I have myoma, I already suffered difficult in urinating for 2 years and that I had to put catheter everytime I feel that I cant urenate. After a couple of months my tummy started to get bigger. Thats when I was diagnosed in the hospital and had rushed operation because it was starting to spread that they have to remove my uterus and ovary. It costs a lot, that until now I am still paying my debt from surgery.

I have a sari-sari store but the income wasnt enough for our needs, so I started doing housework on someone else house like doing their laundry or cleaning or cooking. But my body started to give up because of too much work and because I didnt drink a tablet of calcium and vitamin D everyday. My doctor told me that I should drink calcium and vitamin D everyday because I just had a surgery.

I am asking for some assistance for our needs and for my medicine and I came here because I dont know where to go or to ask. please help us.
