Anette Rose Ajos 
A Blessed Day Everyone,
I am Anette Rose Ajos-Untalan, a 29-year-old loving mother from Philippines. I am writing this letter for the benefit of my dearest baby, her name is AC who was delivered via cesarean section at 28 weeks, earlier than the expected due date with the following conditions: Prematurity, Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Multiple Congenital Anomalies- Single umbilical artery, meningocele and dilated right ureter.
She is currently in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) fighting for her survival. We are lacking in capacity to support my daughter’s rapid growing medical expenses. Her daily estimated expenses are worth 40,000 PHP.
With a humble heart, we are asking for your utmost financial help to support AC’s medical needs. Any amount you can give would be a great help in giving her chance to live. May God Bless You and your family, Thank You so much!
