Identity VerifiedKuya "Jay" is my husband's cousin and He had a hypertensive attack due to severe increase on his blood pressure this morning at around 11 AM . The said attack happened while he was working and managed himself to get to the hospital by the help of his coworker at Provincial Hospital here in Daet Camarines Norte (Philippines). Now, he is unresponsive...The hospital staff took a CT-Scan and found out that there was a fluid in the brain but the doctor informed us that the only solution they can find is to have a surgery to remove the said fluids, but the hospital doesn't have the facility and equipment to do the operation that's why we need to transfer him in Naga City hospital...We are knocking in your heart to help him financially as "Kuya Jay's" family is incapable of paying the surgery.
