Please help me to go back to school

Hi my name is Vasyia. I am a 13 year old girl living in Bali, Indonesia. 

I have been unable to attend school since June 2018. 

The reason is that after my parents seperated, my father went to live in Jakarta and left my mother and me in Bali. 

Since then he has refused to pay any child support for me. I have asked multiple times and get constantly ignored. This has resulted in him being charged by the police in Bali, yet he still refuses to cooperate.

I graduated from sixth grade but have been unable to collect the certificate I need in order to move to the next grade due to the unpaid school fees. My mother is trying her best but can't come up with the money needed. This has built up over a long time as my father said he was going to pay it but hasn't done so. 

This is the outstanding invoice from my school (4,205 USD) 

I have a keen interest in art and design and would like to pursue it as a career. I am worried that with all the school I am missing I am getting left behind and worry about my future. 

Any money donated would be used to pay the remaining school fees and collect the certificate I need to continue my education. 

I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
