Friend, needing emergency treatment for Cervical Cancer

Jennifer, our friend, is 29 years old only. She was widowed for almost 4 years ago and also has one daughter she may have to leave behind. She was, unfortunately and to our surprise, diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Let's support Jennifer to get medical treatment in Manila to fight her Cervical Cancer

It has been a tough year for her like many with COVID and this is the last thing she needed or expected to hear from her Doctor. Unfortunately, the treatment cannot be covered by Philhealth (Philippines gov health care insurance system), nor can it be done in her Province of Palawan due to the lack of such medical facilities.

We are asking for help for her to be able to go to Manila and receive this treatment so she may have a fighting chance

We are still running tests to understand how much the cancer has spread already and how aggressive the treatment must be. Therefore, the price of the treatment has not been finalized but it’s looking to be 300,000 to 500,000 Philippine pesos.
