Help for my mom's heart procedure

My mom had a massive heart attack last November 27, 2019. Her heart stop for 26 minutes. Fortunately she was revived but due to what happened most of her organs got affected since her heart is still not functioning well. She is still currently at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and still unstable and on critical condition. We were advised by the doctors that she needs to undergo angiogram to know the extent of the damage in her heart which require angioplasty or bypass operation whichever is necessary. The said procedures are too expensive and we don't have the capability to finance the said procedures. We were told that the angiogram will cost around Php55,000 ($1100) or more while angioplasty starts at Php100,000 ($2000) to Php500,000 ($10,000) or more depending how many stents needed the procedure. The said medical expenses still exclude the other hospital bills and medication she needed from the time she was admitted in the hospital.
