Eye cancer Cryotherapy and Chemotherapy treatment

Durt Rhieland Talamor – Catubay is a six – year old patient diagnosed with Retino Blastoma (eye cancer) starting at two months old. He underwent six cycle chemotherapy resulting to the removal of his left eye and replacing it with prosthetic shell eye in 2014 at SPMC, Davao City.

However, in 2018, a new growth or mass was found in his right eye. He has been undergoing cryotherapy at Philippine General Hospital in Manila for this condition when the doctor advised for another chemotherapy. He is being raised only by his mother since his father died in a vehicular accident in 2017. His mom works at a private company in M’lang, Cotabato Province; however, the medical procedures Durt has been going through are very costly in addition to his other medication needs, expenses on food, fare, and accommodation in Davao and Manila, and other related needs for his treatment. Durt and his mom Sheila are knocking at your good and benevolent hearts as they continue the battle of fighting Durt’s cancer.
