Vamos x Vicente PRS Warrior

Vicente was born on 9/14/19 with a condition called Pierre Robin Sequence, in addition to having congenital heart disease and mild laryngomalacia.

Due to his rare condition, we had to transfer him to the CDMX, to a high-specialty hospital where we could find a great team of doctors that could help us get it through.

He has spent his 3 months of life, between Neonatologists Intensive Care Unit and Intensive Therapy.

He has had so far, A heart surgery, jaw distraction surgery and gastrostomy; Waiting for him to gain weight, height and age to be able to operate it again from the heart and palate later.

During his hospital stay, he took an infection that kept him intubated for 10 days; It became very necessary to take him out of the hospital to avoid risks of infections that could further delay his recovery.

In order to have him at home, it is necessary to have a specialized nurse neonatologist or intensivist 24/7

During these months we have paid, transfers, hospital expenses not covered by insurance, medical fees, stay outside the hospital, etc.

The expenses are surpassing us and the stress is very great, and we still have a way to go.
