I want to go visit my father, whom I have not seen in 11 years!

Hello! My name is Sally and I live in Colombia!

My dream is to travel to Miami to be able to see my dad, whom I have not seen in 11 years.

My dad went to US to work 11 years ago

When I was 6 my dad had to go to United States to work.

The situation in my country is complicated, so he had no choice. He is currently working in a security company.

He is really busy and can't go to Colombia to visit us. Also, he has many expenses so to save money is complicated too.

I talk to him by Skype when we can, but I really miss him and I want to hug him again.

My mum is missing my dad too

I'm living with my grandmother.

When I have some free time I do little jobs like babysitter, but does not give me much money.

My mum is living in Cali, another city, because she is working there. My parents haven't see each other in a very long time.

For that, I would like to travel to Miami with my mum.

I want to see the sunset on the sea with my dad

I would like to spend as much time as I can with my dad in Miami.

We're planning to go to a beautiful beach to enjoy the sunset. I'm planning to do many activities and eat delicious food.

Currently, I'm studying English that I will practice during my trip!

Please, help me to fulfill this dream!

Details on needed funds

We need money to purchase the flight ticket and to prepare the passport. We're trying to save $300 so we need $630 to complete the budget.

Schedule

I would like to travel to Miami around January of next year.

My dad is very busy but I would try to spend a lot of time with him.

I will do my best to be able to go to Miami!
