Help my father for his eye surgery

I am Nika from Philippine. I sell products online and I'm happy to find this site because I can share this project while offering my products. It is for my beloved father.

We live in different cities

I am just 25 years old, but I am no longer live with parents for 6 years. I have an online handmade crafts shop called Klementyn in Davao city with my partner while my father lives in Dasmariñas Cavite with my mother.

I do sewing reusable menstrual pads and crocheted earrings. I live a busy everyday life and Davao to Cavite is too far away. We need to ride a bus or airplane to get to father's place.

Help me save father's vision

My father was diagnosed with Glaucoma that he endured for two years because my family could not afford the medical cost.

Currently, his left eye is already blind and his right eye is also affected but it can be brought back if an eye operation and medical treatment could be taken immediately, according to his ophthalmologist.

My father and my family need your generous help for him to bring back his visions.

He still wishes to do carpentry and help his family, neighbors and friends build their houses and make furniture. Besides carpentry skill, my father is a good man. He is engaged in community work being a school guard in a public school. He used to accompany children (and elderly) in crossing the roads against traffic and provide kids umbrellas during sunny and rainy days. He also does gardening and painting in school and at home.

The amount to undergo the eye surgery

I would like to ask for your support so that my father could have an eye surgery and medical treatment as soon as possible. We plan to do the surgery at De La salle University Medical Center.

The cost of his eye operation, which includes medicines, is PHP 50,000 or $1,000 USD.

My father desperately needs to bring back his visions, to make him happy and to live his life once again.
