Elnur 
I want to open a diagnostic medical center.
I am in residency as a urologist. The second specialty will be a diagnostic doctor. I plan to open a diagnostic center in my city to help people with cancer.
At least one third of all cancers are preventable. Prevention offers the most cost-effective long-term cancer control strategy.
This project is not aimed at making a profit. First of all, this is a social project, I want to do what I love, helping society.
