I am raising funds to preserve a 50yrs old house.

Good Day, I am John Bradley from the Philippines. I am a person who wants to fulfill the dream of my parents. I just want to pay them back by fulfilling their dreams before making my own family.

Fulfilling a dream of someone especially your parents is one of the ways to pay them back.

Home is the starting place of love, hope, and dreams.

I am currently needing funds to preserve our 50yrs old house.

This house has been our home for decades from birth to being an adult. This house already overcome several strong typhoons. For decades, like us, our house aged. Our parents have insufficient savings for the proper preservation of the house because most of their income was used to raise us. That time we have a dream that when we have work already we can renovate the house.

"The renovation will come at the right time" just as my parents say every time. Renovation is a big project and it needs a big fund.

Now I want to pay them back and my first step is to preserve the house especially our roof.

Our roof is already soon to worn out especially the beam that was made of wood. It was damaged over time by termites. The roof made of steel sheet (50yrs old already) has been damaged due to rust. And when it rains, drops of water come inside the house.

Our flooring starts to wear out because it has no proper foundation.

Help Need:

I am currently raising funds to preserve the house and withstand typhoons this year.

I have already saved some money over the years to buy the materials(like roof metal sheet, roof metal beam) but still, it's not enough.

I need to start the preservation this year because the roof has signs of giving up already when a strong typhoon hits again this year of 2020.
