My father's car was stolen and now is useless

Hi everyone,

My name is julia from Argentina

I am here seeking for a support and help to buy a car for my father because our car was stolen

My father car was stolen

On February 3, 2020. About 5 A.M in the morning at the city of San Fernando, Buenos Aires, we found out that father's car was gone. We cannot find it nowhere.

We are able to find his car again, however it is already in bad conditions and cannot be used again

My dad can't go to work without his car

My father is a professor of architecture at the University of Buenos Aires.

everyday, he commute about 4 hours per day approximately by his car. He is already 63 years old, so to commute using public transportation will be not convenient for him and will be a tiring journey.

At first, we were thinking to repair the car, however, the cost will be same expensive if we bought another car. There is also no insurance because it is not total destruction.

We are thinking of a better option, to buy a used car for my father so he can go back to work again.

Details on needed funds

We planned to buy an used car so father can go to work again. usually, the used car will cost about $2000-$3000 here, but we would like to raise $1500.

For now, me and my family members also do work overtime so we can get extra money to buy father a car,
